About
Nestled in the beautiful Swiss Alps, close to the world-famous ski resort of Crans-Montana, Les Roches Crans-Montana is a state-of-the art hospitality education environment and perfectly blends tradition with cutting-edge innovation.
Their industry-leading Bachelor’s degree combines academic rigor with real-world professional experience. Gain the knowledge, skills and qualifications to launch your hospitality management career or as a foundation for graduate studies.
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a program that last 3,5 years and that includes two internships and covers the theory and the practice of hospitality.
In your first Practical Arts semester, you will gain hands-on experience in all the key hospitality departments and roles. You will experience the pace of working in service, the pressure of the kitchens, and the attention to detail needed in the rooms division.
Internships
Internships are a core component of Les Roches education, with two six-month professional postings integrated within the Bachelor’s degree.
You’ll develop your resourcefulness and discover the secrets of the best, and most innovative, hospitality companies. The team will help you secure internships that match your ambitions and personality, and you’ll be fully supported throughout your internship experience.
Specializations:
- Hospitality entrepreneurship
- Digital Marketing strategies
- Hotel financial performance management
The final semester specialization is your opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of the professional discipline of your choice. It’s a level of subject-matter focus that you won’t find in other schools, and it will give you an unfair advantage in the job market.
Through Spark Les Roches Innovation Sphere, the school is building a global sphere to foster hospitality innovation, including pre-incubation and incubation services for startups which are bringing disruptive thinking to the industry and inspiration to all the students.
Students, alumni and industry partners are invited to develop and test new hospitality solutions in living laboratories on campus. Spark is also being embedded across the entire academic curriculum, putting innovation and entrepreneurship at the heart of the Les Roches Way of Life and hospitality-related projects.
