Based in Luzern, ICI International Culinary Institute, is the culinary arm of the prestigious IMI International Management Institute that counts now 29 Years of experience.
ICI offers a Bachelor’s degree and Postgraduate Diploma in International Culinary Arts both with at least one paid internship placement. The approach to gastronomy is hands-on and the inspiration is taken from a wide variety of culinary traditions.
Students are taught in small classes (max 10) by a team of expert professionals who will instill you with a passion for food and a desire for excellence in all aspects of culinary practice.
