AB Swiss Premium SA is a company that facilitates educational programs and real estate and/or hospitality services, by connecting its Clients with the most suitable options, and supporting them throughout the entire process.
AB Swiss Premium SA will introduce the Client with the most suitable education programmes and/or accommodations, and/or properties, accordingly with his/her specifications, instructions and the applicable terms and conditions of the Company.
AB Swiss Premium SA will not accept responsibility for the final engagement with the principal institution or third parties, or if the Client fails in its/her/his onboarding process, or the contract ends up not being successfully completed, is lost or delayed, regardless of cause. However, AB Swiss Premium SA is keen to develop the best services to its clients and will make its best effort to collaborate and support the Client at a reasonable time during the entire process with the prospective institution.
Required information
AB Swiss Premium SA may require some information from the Client and final user (the Students) to execute the Services.
Procedures
The Client will choose the desired programme and/or property or define the requirements that best suit his/her/ its expectations. AB Swiss Premium SA is fully commited to find the most qualified option to the Client between all its offers.
AB Swiss Premium SA specializes in connecting and representing the leading education institutions in Switzerland, and has partnerships with countless options for finding accommodation or property. After the Client provides his/her/its requirements to AB Swiss Premium SA a set of opportunities will be delivered to the Client. It is up to the Client to sign the contract with the chosen company (Educational Program and Property Companies). AB Swiss Premium SA will support the Client during the entire process.
Promotion and marketing content
The description of any program, activity, place or similar content provided by the Company, or advertising material published or issued by AB Swiss Premium SA, whichever is issued, is for identification only and does not constitute an acquired right by the recipient. AB Swiss Premium SA reproduces certain information of its principals and partners and does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. AB Swiss Premium SA can modify the information provided at any time, at its sole discretion.
Data protection and publicity
By using AB Swiss Premium SA services, you agree that any personal information provided by you, may be held and used only by the Company and/or its suppliers to administer the services; or as otherwise set out in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
If you enter into a contract with AB Swiss Premium SA, you agree that the Company may use your name, image and other identifiable information.
Please note that under data protection laws you are entitled to request that the Company does not contact you and removes your details from its database.
