Webster Geneva

Webster Geneva Campus

Location: Bellevue - Geneva

Facilities

The residential campus is located in a spacious, park-like setting within sight of Lake Geneva and the Alps. On campus, you will discover well-equipped classrooms, a library, computer labs, a cafeteria and various staff offices (student affairs, academic advising, career services) to support your whole university experience.

In addition, the Living and Learning Center, which is accessible to those living on campus and to those who commute, includes a student lounge and game area, plus a newly renovated fitness center. It hosts the ‘Commons Room’ for larger campus events, from panels and guest speakers to events organized by student clubs. Campus traditions include annual events like our Global Thanksgiving (November) and Webster’s Got Talent competition (February).

There is a local train station at the foot of campus (Genthod-Belleue station is 100m from the Residence Hall), with an 8-minute train to Geneva city-center (every 15 minutes, daily).

Student Housing

Start your university experience at one of our secure, university-managed residences. Our residence halls are home to students from all over the world, and Webster provides a supportive and comfortable living and learning environment.

During your first-year, first-year university freshmen all live on campus, in our the Living and Learning Center (LLC). Here, you will have easy access to classes and university facilities and trains run every 15 minutes to Geneva (city-center is just an 8 minutes ride). The LLC is 2 minutes from the train station and a short 5-minute walk to the lakeside suburban village of Bellevue.

Campus has spectacular views of the Swiss Alps and Mt. Blanc. This residence features fully furnished single bedrooms (single studios with private bath and two-bedroom studios with a shared bath), overlooking the campus or the lake.

From the second year on, you can choose to stay on campus–or we can offer accommodation in our student residence in the center of Geneva, called Les Berges du Rhône. Located on the banks of the Rhône river and within walking distance of city shops, restaurants and parks, Les Berges accommodates dozens of students in either single or shared rooms.

In 2019, the fitness center in the LLC (residence on campus) was fully renovated with new equipment, and dorm rooms at the center-city Les Berges location were upgraded with new paint and furnishings.
