ICI has programmes from Certificate to BA Degree (with Honours) in International Culinary Arts. Following a 70% theory to 30% practical approach, our courses offer students expert kitchen training alongside the management skills needed to excel in this field. Paid internships are organised by our Careers team in some of the top kitchens either in Switzerland or abroad.
