About

Taught exclusively on Crans-Montana campus in Switzerland, this is the flagship graduate program of Les Roches. In one intensive year you will set yourself up for a senior managerial position. Includes two field trips, a choice of two career-focused specializations in your second semester, plus a real-world Consultancy Project with a leading hospitality brand.

Hospitality Immersion Program (HIP)
Essential grounding in the fundamentals of hospitality. Designed for students without a hospitality degree/relevant experience, but recommended for all.

Semester 1
Includes personal development and leadership skills, innovation, financial analysis, marketing, consumer behavior and insights, hospitality economics and advanced management topics, plus first international field trip.

Semester 2
Includes business strategies and performance monitoring, corporate finance, data analytics and decision making, plus second international field trip.

New for September 2020: choice of specializations:

Advanced Revenue and Performance Management
Hospitality Entrepreneurship and Business Development

Each specialization includes bespoke Consultancy Project (see separate tab for more details).
