This programme is suitable for those who wish to move to the culinary sector and have limited or no experience of the culinary arts industry. It will equip students with the practical and management skills necessary for entry level positions in the world of restaurant management or professional kitchen operations. There is the opportunity to undertake a paid work internship, either in Switzerland or internationally, on completion of the study semester, offering the chance for CV-enhancing, practical experience in the industry.
