Les Elfes – Summer Pioneer Camp

It is the most challenging programme, which recognises the need for older students to try new things and to push their boundaries. This programme is packed with exhilarating activities on the lake and even a final ‘leap-of-faith’ activity to round up the session on a high note!

Pioneers are a vibrant and energetic group, many of whom are preparing for being away from home in a couple of years at college or university and it is such a valuable experience for them to spend their summer standing on their own two feet and making decisions for themselves.

Les Elfes’ summer courses include 8 language course sessions per week. You can choose between English, French, German, Spanish or Chinese languages. Students are divided according to their language level. For an additional price of 175 CHF per week you can take additional 7 sessions per week.

Summer camp activities include rock climbing,mountaineering & orienteering, water sports and mountain biking. Each course offers summer students the opportunity to learn new skills.

MOUNTAIN ACTIVITIES. Professional mountain guides supervise this summer camp activity. On the climbing wall and natural rock.

LAKE ACTIVITIES. With our boat on Lake Geneva you can enjoy; swimming, sailing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, banana boat. An indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a big garden to relax is located next to the campus (2 minute walk) within the summer camp.

OPTIONAL SUMMER CAMP COURSES. In addition for the extra cost, kids at the summer camp can choose between several clubs (tennis / golf / horseback riding / paragliding), which they can attend during the session.

MOUNTAIN hut. As part of the Les Elfes international summer camp Switzerland experience, our young adults will spend a night in a mountain hut in Switzerland.

EXCURSIONS. Each of our cultural summer camp excursion days is a little different, with new options each year for those returning campers who are ready to see something new!

Alongside the daily adventurous activities, Les Elfes International Summer Camp proposes evening activities and a last day prize giving night.

ACCOMMODATION. The privately-owned swiss-style chalets welcome campers in 2 or 4 bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom.

Additional costs: registration fee 150 CHF, airport Geneva return transfer 190 CHF, Health insurance and insurance against accidents 120 CHF /week.
